Three steps. Zero trips
to the dealership.
Request a visit, pick a window that works, and a Garber technician shows up in a fully equipped service van. Most routine maintenance is done right in your driveway or parking lot.
Request a visit
Fill out the form or call (904) 863-1040. Tell us the vehicle, where it'll be, and what it needs — or just that something feels off.
We confirm and come to you
A service advisor confirms the appointment and your window. On the day, a certified technician arrives at your home or office with the parts and tools for the job.
Approve, then done
The diagnosis is free. If repairs or parts are needed, you get a quote first and nothing happens until you say go. Pay when the work is complete.
Routine maintenance to
software updates.
Our mobile vans handle the work that makes up most service visits. Anything that needs a lift or the collision center, we'll tell you up front and help you get it to the shop.

Not sure if your job qualifies? Ask — the diagnosis is free either way.

Service beyond expectation.
A service appointment usually costs you half a day: the drive, the drop-off, the ride back, the wait. Mobile service gives that time back. Work from your desk while the oil gets changed. Keep the kids on schedule. Let the fleet stay on the job site instead of in our lot.
It's the same certified technicians, the same genuine parts and the same pricing as a visit to the Automall — just at your address instead of ours. And with eight brands on one campus, we service most makes and models, not only the ones we sell.
Questions people ask before they book.
What does mobile service cost?
The mobile diagnosis is free. Maintenance and repairs are priced the same as they would be at the Automall — you pay for the work and parts, not the trip. Service coupons and manufacturer offers apply unless an offer specifically excludes mobile service.
Where do you go?
Green Cove Springs, Clay County and the greater Jacksonville area. [Confirm radius — e.g. within 30 miles of the Automall.] Distance limits may apply; if you're on the edge, ask and we'll let you know.
Which vehicles qualify?
Most makes and models — Ford, Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram, and most others on the road. A few vehicles and jobs need a lift or specialty equipment; we'll tell you up front if yours is one of them.
How long does a visit take?
It depends on the job. An oil change and tire rotation is usually under an hour; brakes or a battery take longer. Your advisor will give you a time estimate when the appointment is confirmed.
Who's working on my vehicle?
The same factory-trained, certified technicians who work in our service bays on U.S. 17 — with a fully stocked service van instead of a lift.
What if it needs more than you can do on site?
You'll get a straight answer and a quote before anything happens. If the repair needs the shop, we'll help you get the vehicle to the Automall, and Garber Automall Collision Center handles body work.
