For unparalleled efficiency, the new Buick LaCrosse comes standard with enhanced 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine featuring the sophisticated technology of eAssist light electrification. It combines a next-generation 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with a compact electric motor and generator and an advanced 24-cell lithium-ion battery pack. The system’s electric assist provides a boost of smooth power for seamless transitions into and out of the fuel-saving Start/Stop mode. Delivering the power and torque expected in a full-size sedan, eAssist helps LaCrosse achieve an EPA-estimated 25 miles per gallon in the city and 35 on the highway.

The 2018 LaCrosse has a more spacious interior thanks to the redesigned center console to create a light, airy environment and provides convenient extra storage space. You can stay warm in all weather conditions with a heated steering wheel, heated and ventilated seats, as well as dual-zone climate control. Plus, the Buick Infotainment System connects seamlessly to Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and has innovative voice recognition technology that allows you to answer phone calls, change the music, and more all with just your voice.

You can feel secure in the 2018 Buick LaCrosse thanks to the cutting-edge technology to help you react quicker behind the wheel. The brand-new Safety Alert Seat helps you navigate road hazards by directing your attention to the direction of the potential situation. When the available collision-avoidance technologies like Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning or Rear Cross Traffic Alert trigger a warning, the available Safety Alert Seat issues a warning of its own. The left or right driver’s seat bottom gently vibrates to signal the direction of the approaching hazard, so you can stay aware of your surroundings.
