Survey: 2018 Pacifica is Most Satisfying Minivan
All of us here at Garber Automall know just how awesome the 2018 Chrysler Pacifica is, but a little reassurance never hurts. And that reassurance comes in the form of a top spot in the J.D. Power APEAL study.
This study surveys over 80,000 car buyers and lessees and asks them about the how satisfied they are with their purchase was in the first 90 days. J.D. Power then processes this information to determine the best vehicles in each class.
The 2018 Chrysler Pacifica took on four other minivans and crushed them all. J.D. Power rated the Pacifica a perfect five-of-five circles in four of the five key areas: overall performance and design, performance, features and instrument panel, and style. In comfort, the Pacifica received a three-circle score.
Besides the Pacifica FCA has a few other vehicles that did well in the survey. The Dodge Charger and Chrysler 300 took home the No. 2 and 3 spots, respectively, in the large-car segment.
Besides our cars taking great strides, the FCA brand as a whole made big moves as Dodge and Jeep were among the most-improved brands, and Ram and Dodge were in the top-five mass-market brands.
