See Yourself in a 2019 Buick Envision

For the Goldilocks of luxury crossovers, check out the 2019 Buick Envision. It’s not too big, not too small — it’s just right thanks to plush interior amenities. The small but distinctive changes in the cabin for 2019, like the off switch for the start/stop engine system and interior ionizer, provide an upscale feel and add greater control. Get the luxury you’re looking for in any of the Buick Envision’s five trim levels: base, Preferred, Essence, Premium I, and Premium II.

Buick refreshed the 2019 Envision’s styling inside and out. Up front, there’s a new winged-tri-shield grille inside an updated fascia that features chrome-ringed fog lights in place of the former chrome fog light brackets and cross-car stripe. There’s added visibility from the now-standard HID headlights, and you can now roll up on optional 19-inch wheels. On the rear, the liftgate, fascia, taillights, reflectors, and side-marker lamps are all refreshed to match the assertive front end.

Under all that reworked metal are two spirited powertrain options. A 197-horsepower 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine is standard on the base, Preferred, and Essence trims. If you’re looking for a little turbo action, upgrade to the 252-horsepower 2.0-liter turbocharged engine with stop/start technology to enhance efficiency around the city. With the 2.0-liter turbo, you’ll also get access to the nine-speed automatic transmission that GM collaborated with Ford to build. You’ll have your choice of front-wheel or all-wheel drive until you get up to the all-wheel-drive-only Premium trims.

Luxury is available in both rows, thanks to the standard heated front seats and available heating elements in the second row in the Essence and Premium trims. Get ventilated and cooled front seats standard on the Premium II trim and a heated, leather-wrapped steering wheel starting at the Essence trim. The available tri-zone climate controls allows the rear seat passengers to control their temperature and personalize air flow.

At all trim levels, you’ll get a 40/60 rear seat split that allows you the flexibility to add bulky cargo on the go. You can easily adjust these seats to fit a variety of cargo and passenger configurations. The Envision seats up to five people, and the second row slides rearward to create almost 7 inches of additional legroom when you need it.

The 2019 Envision inspires confidence with the large suite of active safety features. Starting with the safety-alert seat that indicates the direction of a potential hazard with haptic feedback on the lower cushion. Get the Driver Confidence Package for adaptive cruise control, surround vision, and automatic emergency braking. The blind-zone and lane-change alerts give you visual and audible cues to help you make smart moves on the highway or in the city.
