In 2020, the Ford Mustang enters its sixth year in its sixth generation. With its design and powertrain options still fresh, it’s no surprise the 2020 Ford Mustang will arrive in the Jacksonville area with only minor updates.
Of course, the big change for the 2020 Ford Mustang is the new 2.3L High Performance Package we highlighted in an earlier blog post. On the base 2020 Mustang, our Fleming Island area buyers will enjoy some new tech, including standard FordPass Connect, which allows passengers to connect to in-car Wi-Fi and the owner to locate the vehicle in a parking lot, lock and unlock it, check its fuel status, and start the engine (with the automatic transmission only) all from a smartphone app.
Ford will also treat buyers to available SYNC 3 with AppLink, which adds voice recognition communication, 911 assist, and two smart-charging USB ports.
On the outside, Ford has added four new colors: Grabber Lime, Iconic Silver, Red Hot Metallic Tinted Clearcoat and Twister Orange. Rounding out the updates are newly standard 17-inch Sparkle Silver-painted aluminum wheels on the 2020 Mustang EcoBoost.
