The 2020 Chrysler Pacifica gains a new, sportier Red S Edition package that adds crimson accents and more to this already stunning minivan. Today, the order books opened for this red-accented people hauler, and here’s what to expect when it arrives.
On the outside, the 2020 Chrysler Pacifica Red S Edition includes a Red S Edition rear liftgate badge, Black Noise Chrysler wing badges with Velvet Red inserts, 20-inch Black Noise wheels (18-inch on the Pacifica Hybrid), and six color options: Ceramic Grey Clear Coat, Brilliant Black Crystal Pearl Coat, Granite Crystal Metallic Clear Coat, Billet Metallic Clear Coat, Bright White Clear Coat, and Maximum Steel Clear Coat.
Inside, the 2020 Pacifica Red S Edition model boasts Rodeo Red Nappa leather two-tone seats with Light Diesel Grey stitching and piping, an “S” logo on the seatbacks, and Silver Metal Brush hydro bezels on the dash and door trim. Rounding out this upgraded cabin is a 20-speaker Harman Kardon premium audio system.
The Red S package also adds the Advanced SafetyTec suite of safety goodies, including a 360-degree camera, 7-inch full-color driver information display, adaptive cruise control with stop and go, automatic high-beam headlights, blind-spot monitors, rear cross-traffic monitor, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, park assist, and much more.
The Red S Edition package will come as a $3,995 option added to the Pacifica Limited and Pacifica Hybrid Limited.
Other than the Red S Edition package, other updates to the 2020 Pacifica lineup include a new standard honeycomb grille pattern on the hybrid model, Nova Black interior bezels, and wider availability of the dual-pane moonroof. The Pacifica Touring L and Touring L Plus models get standard driver’s seat memory, and the Pacifica Hybrid Touring now gets a universal garage door opener and second-row sunshades standard. Finally, the Pacifica Hybrid Limited get standard one-touch second-row windows.
